Digital Sales Performance Manager

At E.ON Next we are looking for an experienced Digital Trading and Partnerships Manager to be responsible for the online sales performance for both EON Next and Sainsbury’s Energy websites with a view to growing our direct to site ambition over the coming years.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for delivering the online sales targets across acquisition, retention & solutions, which includes latest view management, quarterly planning and offer and marketing mitigation.

    Feed in to the budget sales plans and revisions with insight and opportunities to support our direct to site aspirations.

    Able to analyse, interpret and present digital performance for weekly sales meetings.

    Working with the digital channel experts in Paid Media to ensure we are getting the maximum amount of sales from the digital marketing channels.

    Engage working with the eCommerce manager and Digital Experience team to increase the amount of sales through testing offers, partnerships or capability changes.

    Launch and run a small affiliate program with a view to scaling in the future.

    Actively seeking out digital partnership opportunities with like minded businesses to deliver and working with wider EON Next partnerships team to inform best in class journeys and propositions for our customers and prospective customers.

Requirements:

The successful Digital Trading and Partnerships Manager will have at least 5 years of digital trading experience in addition to:

  • Solid understanding of digital trading KPIs to make decisions and recommendations.

  • Experience of running an affiliate program and partnerships activity.

  • Highly numerate and analytical combined with excellent communication skills to present findings to team members across various levels.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment to influence commercial decisions.

  • Self-starter attitude with a real passion for identifying trading opportunities and driving improved performance.

  • Tireless and results driven mentality, able to continually critique and optimise performance with a positive mind-set.
