Programme Manager 28 views

We’re looking for a hands-on Programme Manager, someone execution-focused who is able to forge a path to delivery. You will engage all areas of the organisation, working with internal stakeholders from all divisions including Sales, Support and Professional Services to successfully launch and implement high profile and strategic initiatives that improve company outcomes. The Programme Manager will partner with colleagues across the business to drive more efficient processes across all business groups through the understanding and implementation of best practices. Experience of working across functions and potentially international projects would be beneficial.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and ensure successful implementation of software company best practices (in which training and support will be provided)
  • Develop and launch organisation-wide initiatives that are in the best interests of the company
  • Manage and enable successful delivery of key programs that improve company profitability and efficiency
  • Work with Director of Strategy Strategic Programmes (DSP), other Programme Managers and business leaders to drive integration activities – be that related to acquisitions, products and customers
  • Work with executives and division managers on cross-company projects to appropriately reengineer various corporate processes
  • Facilitate the operational and strategic reporting to the DSP Executive team and Board of Directors
  • Identify, escalate and problem-solve risks and issues within corporate programmes.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Highly skilled in change management and organisational process improvements, with EQ to support the change effort across functions and geographies
  • Strong planning, prioritization and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and handle shifting priorities
  • Strong cross-group collaborator with the ability to lead without direct reports
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work and communicate with staff at all levels, and with the Board of Directors
  • Ability to identify problems and collaborate with others to provide options for resolution

Education & Experience Requirements:     

  • Manager experience within consulting services firm, or operational management experience (services, support, sales ops)
  • Proven track record of success in improving organizational processes and delivering projects to time, quality and budget
  • Experience in software, consulting or similar industry
