Are you ready to take on a dynamic role in driving strategic opportunities for Heat Zone Development? We are seeking a talented Programme Manager to spearhead our efforts in securing large-scale partnership contracts and fostering a sustainable pipeline. As the Programme Manager, you will play a pivotal role in setting objectives, coordinating workstreams, and aligning interdependencies across various teams including EIS Solutions technical teams, Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Go to Market, M&A, Strategy, Commercial, and Legal.

Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing collaboration among stakeholders, managing the Heat Zone mailbox and associated portals for future opportunities, and preparing customer timelines to ensure project deadlines are met efficiently. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing crucial programme documentation such as the programme initiation document, project plan, and reporting dashboards, while formulating insightful weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc programme dashboards for senior management and the wider business.

What we need from you

  • Proven track record in working with large, complex projects and/or programmes including delegation of tasks and measurement of progress
  • Qualified in either AMP or Prince 2 project management principles
  • Strong collaborator who excels when working as part of a team and can coordinate others
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Demonstratable experience in analysing data, making connections and delivering clear finding via reports and dashboards
  • Ability to present complex findings in concise and engaging manner to senior stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritise, solve problems and work off own initiate to manage challenges.
  • Advanced MS Office skills including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
