Join the Leeds Mental Wellbeing Service (LMWS) and play a key role in reducing health inequalities and improving accessibility for all.

You will lead equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives across the partnership, support colleagues delivering health equity objectives, analyse and report on workforce and service data, and provide operational leadership.

Acting as deputy to the Head of Health Equity when required, you will help drive meaningful change and ensure equitable opportunities for service users, staff and stakeholders.
