Job Requirements

This role is responsible for ensuring quality business support is provided to the Head of Crisis Services, Management Team, and wider workforce within Touchstones’ Here For You Services to support the delivery, evaluation, and improvement of services which contribute to service growth and sustainability. This will include direct liaison with commissioners, senior management, stakeholders, and service users, to respond to queries appropriately and promote the service.

This role will also provide administration support to senior management, recruitment support, data analysis, and ensuring effective systems and administration processes are in place. This will include contributing to the development of systems and digital applications that support service promotion, delivery, monitoring, and evaluation.

This role will require the post holder to uphold the health and safety requirements of facilities working with other managers, and support with the roll out of digital improvements in line with service needs and under the direction of the Business Change Manager.
