At Bupa, we’re on a mission to be number one for customers – and we’re looking for a Marketing Executive to help us deliver clear, meaningful and impactful communications that truly add value for our health insurance members.

What you’ll be doing

As a key member of the Customer Marketing team, you will:

  • Support the delivery of dynamic, engaging campaigns across email, events, direct mail, social media and content.
  • Help launch new propositions and product features that enhance customer experience and drive commercial performance.
  • Build and optimise customer journeys across the member lifecycle – from onboarding to retention.
  • Create and improve email communications to boost engagement and support our digital ambitions.
  • Encourage adoption of our digital products, including the My Bupa app and Blua digital healthcare.
  • Support the delivery of renewal, win‑back and reinstatement campaigns for our sales teams.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring all communications are clear, fair and compliant.
  • Manage marketing assets and ensure all activity meets financial promotions standards.
  • Work closely with sales, product, service and the wider marketing teams to bring campaigns to life.

Skills & experience

  • Degree‑level education or equivalent
  • Understanding of customer touchpoints and the marketing mix
  • Experience writing briefs and working with agencies
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to measure campaign performance
  • Excellent planning, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience marketing to consumers or small businesses is a plus
  • Healthcare marketing experience is beneficial but not essential
