The ideal Product Owner possesses a nuanced understanding of environmental challenges and an innate curiosity. Your intellectual prowess and unwavering passion will serve as the driving force behind the unravelling of complex problems, the discovery of innovative solutions, and the meticulous crafting of products that captivate both our internal teams and customers.

The role necessitates leveraging influence and foresight to seamlessly integrate technology, people, and processes across E.ON Next and our software partners.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with SaaS partners to become the expert in the product being integrated.

  • Undertake discovery to identify problems where product solutions would unlock customer value end to end.

  • Collaborate across the product management community to understand the impacts your product will have on other product areas and how it may be leveraged.

  • Identify consequential change requirements and co-ordinate efforts from relevant business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.

  • Using a data driven approach to develop and validate hypotheses and measure outcomes.

  • Take ownership and become the go to expert for the products you manage.

  • Work in both intimate detail and supporting product strategy and vision in the product area.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Agile delivery experience and product management skills

  • Experience of tech products and working with tech teams

  • Ability to translate complex problems and technical language in to something fit for the end user

  • Strong stakeholder management & influencing skills and ability to challenge traditional ways of thinking

  • Adaptable and comfortable with working with ambiguity

  • Energised by working in a fast paced environment
