Pricing Analyst

As a Pricing Analyst you will be Identifying and delivering pricing to drive the right commercial and customer outcomes for our Residential and SME base. Ensuring that price positions are delivered in line with, acquisition, renewal, channel and segments strategies.

A taste of what you’ll be doing

Modelling and analysing impacts of pricing decisions and maintaining and developing the pricing platform. You will work to meet the strategic aims of the business – cost and risk reflective whilst maintaining a competitive pricing position within the market.

It is imperative that you work closely with the other members of the analytical & data community, particularly within the commercial team, EEM team and the data team, to ensure that the right commercial decisions are taken.

  • Previous experience within in a Pricing or Commercial analytical role, working with large, complex data sets and ability to summarise and present commercial insights from the data.

  • Commercial acumen combined with excellent analytical skills.

  • Tableau and Python knowledge would be an advantage.

  • Strong communication skills, able to translate detailed analysis into simple, digestible insight & recommendations suitable for senior leadership.

  • SME and Residential pricing experience would be an advantage.

  • Experience of working cross-functionally and the ability to build strong relationships.

  • You can think customer as well as commercial outcomes.
