Job Description

The Senior Worker is required to provide support to people with mental health problems, excluded from existing services due to lack of appropriate resources to meet their needs. To follow a whole team approach and support staff working within a Strengths and Recovery Based Model. To support the CST Management Team to provide effective team leadership and management to ensure appropriate outcomes are secured, in line with funders expectations.

Job Requirements

To support the CST Management Team to provide effective team leadership and management of the scheme in order to ensure that appropriate outcomes are secured, in line with funders’ expectations.

To support the CST Management Team to ensure that all organisational, service and scheme specific systems, policies and procedures are understood, adhered to and periodically reviewed by the team.
