We are looking for a Communication and Engagement Manager to be responsible for the delivery of Operational Customer Services Directorates (OCSD) communication and engagement activities. This is the largest directorate within DVLA with over 4,000 staff. You will support the delivery of OCSD communication campaigns and drive consistency throughout the directorate. You will represent OCSD in other Agency directorates and act as a key point of contact for Agency-wide communication teams.

 

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing and maintaining a directorate communication plan, with a two way feed to and from the Agency plan, identifying key messages, channel fit and audience for all directorate communications through effective networks.
  • Supporting Director and SLT in delivering effective communications (content, timing and approach).
  • Gathering and ensuring feedback from communications is understood, evaluated and used to identify and drive improvements both at local and corporate level.
