We are seeking a HR Administrator to join our HR team. The team is small, friendly, collaborative and delivery focused. If you are seeking to develop your HR knowledge and skills, then this could be the opportunity for you.Ā We are looking for somebody who shares our values of honesty, integrity, objectivity, impartiality, and professionalism.
This is a busy role which requires a professional who is organised, proactive and able to work at pace. You will be involved in a variety of HR activities that will require you to manage multiple priorities and ensure that these are completed on time.

Top Responsibilities
- Support the HR function in delivering all HR services.
- Manage the HR inbox, triage queries, and respond within SLAs; provide secretariat support when required.
- Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files; manage HR data and produce reports (e.g., sickness and performance metrics).
- Raise purchase orders and process HR invoices.
- Administer employee benefits (EdenRed).
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and leaver processes.
- Process and reconcile payroll claims.
- Contribute to HR communications via intranet and team briefings.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives.

About you
To be successful in this role you will needĀ to haveĀ the following experience:
- Experience of using a range of communication skills to interact with a range of stakeholders.
- Experience of working to tight deadline using excellent organisational skills.
- Experience of Microsoft Office applications, such as, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- An interest in working within a HR administration role.

Essential qualifications
- Level 2 qualifications in Math and English, i.e. GCSE – grades 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4 or grades A*, A, B, C or equivalent
