An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Workforce Planning Team as a Workforce Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for collating, analysing, and reporting data across a range of subject areas within the People and staffing domains.

 

Responsibilities

· utilising a variety of analytical, statistical, and forecasting techniques to analyse complex data, identifying significant relationships, trends and patterns

· identifying appropriate data sources and ensuring that data is clean and consistent

· forecasting future requirements to inform resourcing activity and succession planning, ensuring that optimal staffing levels are maintained

· interpreting, communicating, and presenting analytical findings in appropriate formats ensuring these meet user requirements.

 

Experience and skills.

Essential

· strong analytical skills including the application of statistical techniques

· demonstrated experience in data analysis, statistical analysis, and forecasting

· highly proficiency in Microsoft Excel

· accuracy and meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.

Desirable

· experience of developing dashboards in Microsoft Power BI, or similar, software.
