Our volunteers play a crucial role across all areas of the Hospice. We are seeking an enthusiastic person who can manage all volunteer resources and activities across the organisation, ensuring that consistent, high quality advice and support is offered to all Hospice staff, volunteers and external agencies. The role also involves assisting with the day to day activities of the HR function, therefore a flexible approach is required.
You will be working with employees and managers across all areas of the Hospice who deal with volunteers to support volunteer activities from recruitment, induction and training, support and supervision to the motivation and deployment of volunteers. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.
