The Role:

The role of a Paththway Account Manager (University Partner Recruitment Administrator) will primarily support and provide focus on international Student recruitment activities, manage the overarching sales strategy from all regions to QAHE Pathway & English Language Provision by working with our partners to deliver recruitment targets across all channels including but not limited to agents, directs and partner Universities. Prior experience in Higher Education in a student or prospective student-facing role is highly desirable.



  • Responsible for the delivering assigned Pathway target, this includes student recruitment to our Foundation, IY1 and English language provision
  • Operate as the point of contact for assigned University Partners in order to develop and maintains long-term business relationships
  • Manage relationships, working to carry our partner goals while meeting our own goals
  • Identify opportunities to grow business with existing University Partners
  • Responsible for assisting with enrolment to our Pathway Centres
  • Responsible for working with teams to achieve Number target for campus targets
  • Responsible for working with the Pathway centre directors on Product & progression
  • Responsible for the developments of our Pathway provision and delivering to recruitment targets

  • Ability to operate at all levels of the organisation acting as an ambassador for the International Office and University internally and externally.
  • An ability to get a large team to work collaboratively towards targets
  • Ability to work with multiple university partners required
  • A highly organised individual with the ability to manage a diverse workload
