what you will be doing

We are looking for self-motivated and enthusiastic individuals to work alongside Male & Female victims and survivors of domestic abuse providing trauma informed practical and emotional support to achieve independent lives free from abuse. The work involves having excellent communication skills in building relationships with residents and their children, interacting with your colleagues and liaising with professionals to support residents to retain their license and achieve positive resettlement outcomes.

Offers are subject to an enhanced DBS check.   Successful candidates will undertake a 5 day Induction Programme prior to starting employment. This Induction Programme is Mandatory and all new employees must attend the programme. You will be paid a flat rate for attending these days.
