The opportunity:

This role will lead a team of circa 12 Operatives forward and/or reserve logistics, providing an exceptional service for our clients and customers. You will lead by example and create an engaging, motivating environment with an open communication culture. You will be measured through performance standards that oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure a safe and productive environment for our people.

About you:

Your role will be to lead and manage your team with compassion and care in relation to our services and our customers. You will be responsible for daily management and support of the team to ensure operational success – coordinating workloads, monitoring team performance and escalating any production issues.

Role specifics:

You will be required to create a positive team dynamic, engagement and motivation whilst

ensuring employee wellbeing is a priority. Manage and monitor team & individual KPI’s,

driving customer satisfaction through achievement of operational metrics. Encourage

continuous improvement and innovative thinking, sharing feedback and ideas with wider

team and support the implementation of process change within the operations helping

employees understand the context and the role they play
