As a Support Team Lead, you will play a key role in keeping our quality standards high and our processes running smoothly. From coordinating essential activities to supporting audits and compliance work, you’ll make sure everything is accurate, organised, and delivered on time. Top Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Lead Auditors to support delivery of the External Assurance Programme.
  • Provide excellent administrative support duties for high profile meetings and committees., including administrative support
  • Manage budgets and produce accurate reports for the MGRC.
  • Maintain and test the Business Continuity Plan to ensure readiness.
  • Co-ordinate and support vessel selection for audits and arrange travel for surveyors as required.
  • Keep track of findings and actions from assurance programmes and co-ordinate updates.
  • Administrative support to MGRC’s wider activities including co-ordination of responses to international maritime standards, assistance to Overseas Support Programme and updating relevant system databases.
  • Participate as an Associate Auditor during compliance activities, as directed.

About you

To be successful in this role you will need to have the following experience:

  • Experience within a structured quality management environment and demonstrable skills in meeting formal quality standards
  • Confident user of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

 

Essential licenses

A valid passport for international travel.
