As Supply and Demand Manager your role will be pivotal within the Operational and Customer Services Directorate (OCSD) as your work will help inform all strategic decisions across Operations.
You will take ownership for leading a team to develop strategies to ensure operational intelligence and resource levels are accurate and timely to meet operational demand within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
You will capture and present key statistical operational information to stakeholders and senior leaders within the directorate to proactively monitor performance against targets.
The role will involve regular engagement with the Management Information and Data Analysis teams and senior management, with the work you undertake having a positive impact on the Agency’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
The role will provide you with unique exposure to make a significant business impact and offers the opportunity to build strong working relationships, in addition to harnessing your leadership skills.
It is crucial that you are not just a numbers person but also embody leadership best practice, due to the multifaceted nature of this exciting role.
Key accountabilities will include:
- Monitoring operational performance for the directorate by interpreting, analysing and presenting data to senior operational leaders and stakeholders, highlighting resource utilisation, productivity and backlog trends.
- Working with operational senior leaders to plan and monitor required resource to meet operational demands, identifying opportunities and risks to ensure key services are prioritised during peak periods.
- Overseeing exit evaluations analysis for the directorate to gain insight, identifying trends, and use as a tool to improve employee engagement and staff retention across the directorate.
- Providing leadership for the Resource Management Team, undertaking all line management duties, ensuring the team feel valued and are developed, supported, recognised and involved in order to achieve their full potential.
We are looking for a strong communicator with excellent leadership skills. You must have experience of working with key business statistical information to forecast effectively and working with stakeholders to track performance against targets.

You will have experience of providing guidance and robust recommendations to internal stakeholders, where your outstanding stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills will enable you to influence and challenge at all levels.
