Here you’ll be welcomed. We champion diversity and we understand the importance of our people representing the communities and customers we serve. You’ll find an inclusive environment where you can be yourself and where everyone is driven by the same purpose – helping people live longer, healthier, happier lives.
Our purpose has never been more important than during Covid-19. Our approach to keeping our people, customers, visitors and patients safe is clinically led and in line with public health guidance.
We’ve implemented effective remote working/interviewing and safety measures across all our offices, care homes and clinical locations and we will continue to review our operating practices as the situation changes.
Working in our support functions you’ll play a key part in helping our customer facing colleagues deliver exceptional standards of customer service and patient care.
No matter your role, you’ll have an opportunity to do work that matters. Making a difference to the lives of our customers each and every day.
You’ll be given autonomy to own the end-to-end experience on multiple projects and be encouraged to define how your projects should run. We follow a double diamond process, but the process and methods you use throughout are up to you.
If you’re comfortable across the diamond, great, if you’re brilliant at user research great, if you love running design sprints, also great.
As a design thinker, well versed in human centred design, you’ll be working on transformational digital healthcare and wellbeing projects, alongside a rapidly growing, passionate and talented multi-disciplinary digital experience design team, made up of User researchers, product designers and content designers, who are focused on creating the best digital experiences for our customers.
Alongside project work, you’ll help define the UX function & process within the wider digital team and show how UX & HCD can have meaningful business impact. You’ll want to advocate your craft both internally and externally and contribute to the wider design community.
You’ll help craft a vision of healthcare for the future, then work with the team to make it a reality. You’ll also be a key contributor to core projects, like our design system, design tooling, research & insight repo and helping to embed CX metrics.
We’re offering you the opportunity to build a career as an individual contributor, with the ability to mentor and guide other team members whilst challenging the way healthcare is served digitally in the UK.
What you’ll do
As a lead contributing member of the team, you’ll be hands on in project work, involved in every stage of the digital experience design process with ownership and responsibility for the outcome.
