With Series B funding secured and the march to Series C well underway, alongside commercial projects with a number of global companies, Oxbotica is continuing to scale at pace. We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to help us deliver ambitious headcount growth targets.

Every day is different at Oxbotica, but core responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with business leads to deliver the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple business functions, including:
    • Product
    • Scrum / Project Management
    • Deployment – Includes Vehicle Operations, Test, Integration
    • Commercial
    • Business Operations – People, Finance, Administration, Facilities
  • Work collaboratively with the wider People Team to continually improve processes and ways of working
  • Support with Technology hiring as and when required
  • Proactive resourcing across all platforms, including reaching out to internal teams for referrals and using your professional network to attract talent to the Oxbotica brand
  • Promote Oxbotica as an employer of choice
  • To work to service level agreements and planned start dates so as to bring in campaigns on time and in budget
  • Map out markets and attraction campaigns in order to fulfil the direct resourcing model that Oxbotica are committed to
  • Weekly updating of adverts on company and host websites
  • Assists candidates with travel logistics, accommodation and permanent relocation
    • Organise induction schedules for your new starters following Oxbotica standards
    • Maintain our ATS through daily checks for actions and executing those administrative actions
    • Proactively liaise with a range of stakeholders and line managers ensuring they are kept well informed of project progress – issuing update reports and escalating any risk roles to your Lead
    • Provide remuneration advice and support to managers across all areas making sure that you read and are aware of salary surveys and compensation packaging trends
    • Promote good recruitment practice, offering advice and material support to managers from designing job descriptions and throughout the recruitment process
    • Provide effective candidate management and promote an excellent candidate experience

Documentation:

    • Construct and maintain company job descriptions relevant to the roles assigned to you
    • Produce and own all data reporting for the Talent Acquisition function; including hiring reports, project documentation etc…
    • Manage all TA data in line with GDPR and internal standards
    • Own all immigration documentation and processes, working alongside our Legal Partners

Requirements

To succeed, we think you will need:

  • Proven success partnering with a rapidly scaling Organisation to deliver headcount growth
  • Intermediate MS Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Intermediate Online design tool experience (Canva, Visme or similar)
  • Proven success working in a candidate sparse market
  • Proven success in proactively head hunting passive talent
  • Possessing the drive to go the extra mile for the business and your candidates
  • Niche talent ‘mining’ skills, the ability to use boolean and x-ray search strings to find prospective candidates in less than obvious places
  • Experience of using Workable or equivalent cloud-based ATS, using the systems to deliver insight and analytics to the business
  • Social media and professional platform candidate attraction (buzz wording and using # ‘s) to identify and attract great talent
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills with experience in building rapport with others
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a superb eye for detail and a rigorous approach to accuracy and data protection
  • Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking is vital
  • Drive, passion and enthusiasm to deliver excellent service to a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Resilience with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and targets
  • Demonstrable success in negotiations and the ability to influence and consult at all stages of the TA process
