Job Purpose/Role

AGCS Office Services & Facilities Management (OSFM) is responsible for AGCS office locations and operational / workplace support services worldwide.  Our objective is to create a high quality and safe office environment for our colleagues while supporting our new hybrid working models and minimizing premises costs.

 

Located in central London, you will be responsible for managing third party service providers and vendors so that our objectives are met.  You will also work closely with our global OSFM colleagues to develop and implement global office service management practices and workflows.  You will report to the Senior Manager of global OSFM and our London OSFM Manager.

 

Key Responsibilities

In this role you will…

  • Implement and maintain a safe and pleasant work environment for our employees, subtenants and visitors
  • Be the key point of contact and management for our third party service providers and vendors, ensuring SLAs are delivered in line with expectations
  • Coordinate the management of the budget, actuals, cost centres and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within established targets, including identifying and driving cost saving opportunities and efficiencies
  • Manage and participate in global departmental initiatives, innovations and reporting requirements
  • Monitor and address accounting treatments, depreciation, accruals and actuals against plan
  • Meet all safety and health obligations and optimise service provision while containing and minimising costs
  • Plan, organise and coordinate any assigned moves/relocation/restack activities
  • Manage the utilization and spend so that results contribute towards the corporate environmental objectives and targets
  • Support protection and resilience (including business continuity) activities.
  • Support the implementation of hybrid working models.
  • Translate and support the introduction of new global processes and systems.  Actively drive forward continuous improvement

 

Key Requirements

  • You have 3 to 5 years’ professional experience in a business-to-business Facilities Management role ( for the landlord or client party)
  • You have managed third party service providers and vendors
  • You have technical knowledge of building services and of general office equipment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills,   demonstrating motivation and  initiative
  • You have solid knowledge of budgetary, financial planning or cost controlling, and “procure to pay” systems ideally using SAP Ariba
  • Digitally minded, you embrace innovation and new technologies
  • You have problem solving skills and are able to manage multiple and competing priorities
  • Able to adapt in a changing global and local environment.  Demonstrated ability to look at issues from multiple perspectives.
