Senior Client Executive – Media Domain
Warwick or London

The purpose of the Senior Client Executive is to lead project implementation & ensure quality delivery to the client in the fast-paced and technically demanding Media Domain. Contributes to the overall financial success of the Media Domain. The successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for understanding Media effectiveness, have excellent organization and time management skills and enjoy working across a variety of clients and projects.

Financial Management: 
o    Delivers against the annual Media Domain sales plan.
o    Works closely with the account team to ensure projects/accounts operate efficiently, ensuring effective communication to the Digital Research Centre to deliver budgeted revenue and profit.
Commercial Strategy:
o    Supports the senior account team on delivering against the Strategic Account Plans and on ad hoc Media & Digital projects
o    Supports Managers and Directors on new business pitches/proposals, bringing sector insight and supporting through preparing material.
Client Management:
o    Works with the Media domain team to ensure that client needs are being met:
o    Support senior account team members through integration of multiple data sources to generate insight
o    Produce presentation/ deliverables, resulting in a memorable delivery of the evidence and insight.
o    Act as an inspirational role model through implementation of best practice.
o    Coaches (Trainee) Client Executives on a daily basis with specific emphasis on account handling and technical research skills.  In this process providing clear direction and constructive feedback.


•    Experience of working in the Market research industry and applying market research skills.
•    MB solutions and techniques, in particular experience on Media & Digital products
•    Has experience of being the day-to-day client contact on big and small accounts.
•    Needs to demonstrate experience of working across many clients simultaneously.
•    Global Research Experience
•    Degree, minimum 2:1
•    High degree of fluency (written and spoken) in English
•    Additional European languages an advantage
