37.5 hours per week

Shifts from 8am-8pm. One half Saturday a month

Role Overview

As a Renewals Adviser you’ll be on hand to guide our existing customers through their policy renewal conversations. It’s not a new business sales role. You’ll speak to existing customers who already recognise the value Bupa can offer, allowing you to focus on delivering the right outcome and best level of healthcare for them and their families.

What you’ll do:

  • Guide our customers through the renewals process, ensuring each customer has a great experience whether it’s the first call of the day or the last
  • Take ownership of customer queries, managing them through to resolution
  • Diagnose customer needs through effective questioning techniques
  • Recommend and upsell tailored products and services to suit individual customer needs
  • Accurately maintain our customer database, ensuring all conversations are documented and actions are recorded


What you’ll bring:

  • Previous sales experience is highly preferred.
  • Great interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service and helping others
  • The ability to influence and explain complex information in a simple manner
  • PC literate, although training will be provided
  • An enthusiastic, can do attitude with a desire to achieve goals
