We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Administration Team Leader to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets by leading our talented team of Group Sales Administrators. What’s it all about?

As the Group Sales Administration Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in driving our sales growth and hitting revenue targets. You’ll manage and develop a team of Administrators, ensuring they efficiently handle all post-sale tasks for group bookings. Your day-to-day will involve supporting the Groups Team Manager, conducting performance reviews, and implementing training where needed. You’ll oversee the booking process to ensure KPIs are met and produce reports to track progress. Plus, you’ll build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to foster communication and innovation.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are a must, with a strong ability to motivate and develop team members. If you are someone who is self-motivated, flexible, and resilient, with a keen eye for detail and a knack for ensuring administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently this role is for you. Additionally, having the ability to drive the team towards achieving and exceeding their targets is very important.
