Role Description

This is an exciting time for a Reward Specialist to be joining the team as we are about to embark on the Allianz Performance Management module rollout for 3500 employees within the Success Factors platform. This will be a 6M fixed-term contract working on a hybrid basis and can be assigned to one of the following offices: London, Guildford, Birmingham or Bristol.

Experience

Essential:

  • Involvement in the delivery of key Reward, performance or people operations projects
  • Collation, gathering and analysis of high quality data for annual activities; e.g. annual benchmarking submissions, gender pay gap reporting and national/real living wage checks
  • Identifying and recommending improvements to Reward and Performance processes
  • Working effectively with 3rd party providers.

Desirable:

  • Delivery of year end cycle: salary review and bonus for all levels
  • Managing all aspects of Executive Compensation within local and Group frameworks
  • Overseeing annual Performance Management cycle
  • Completion of external and internal benchmarking analysis and use insights to support comp decisions
  • Job evaluation process
  • Reward governance; including Allianz Career Framework, Pay and Bonus Guidelines etc.
  • Support the continuous improvement and strengthening of pension and benefits.

Skills

  • Excellent data skills, able to manipulate, maintain and QA people data
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – both in person and remotely
  • Previous experience in Willis Towers Watson/Hay Methodology would be an advantage
  • Previous experience of rolling out new systems in relation to Reward and Performance and/or experience of working with PM module of Success Factors is an advantage
