The Civil Nuclear Constabulary (CNC) is an armed police service dedicated to the nuclear industry. Given the critical nature of our work, it’s vital that we recruit skilled and committed firearms officers; as the Resourcing Business Partner dedicated to Police Officer Resourcing, you’ll help us do just that.

This is a chance to join us as the senior recruiter and ensure we have the talent we need. Leading the Police Officer Resourcing team, you will manage and deliver all aspects of Police Officer Resourcing in alignment with the organisational demands.  Ensuring the right capability and resources are available to deliver the key strategic objectives which will mitigate risk and enable the CNC to deliver its mission. You will ensure we are applying best practice to our recruitment processes and diversifying our applicant/talent pools. And crucially, you’ll create annual resourcing plans and set SLAs and KPIs.
The key is to build excellent relationships across the organisation to ensure we maintain an effective and compliant resourcing function. At the same time, you’ll shape an outstanding candidate experience that’s built around our employer brand.

This is a role for an experienced recruiter with a proven ability to deliver end-to-end recruitment. Ideally CIPD-qualified (or equivalent), you’ll have extensive experience of working in talent acquisition and volume recruitment projects. When it comes to policy and process development, you’ll always apply best practice.
