We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual, who has a methodical yet creative approach to working with people with complex mental health needs, as well as the skills and qualities to act as a role model for other members of the team.
Oakwood Hall is a residential care home working with Service Users whose complex mental health support needs cannot be accommodated by other services; often leading to exclusion and difficulties in engagement.
A demonstrable commitment to working with clients will stand you in good stead. You will have a flexible and imaginative approach to working with people living with complex mental health needs and possess a thorough understanding of therapeutic risk.
If you are a positive, tactful and clear communicator then this could be an ideal route to advance your career. As an incentive we will offer £1000 after successful completion of probationary period.
