What you’ll be doing
This is a really exciting and rewarding role where you’ll be able to positively impact people’s future, improving their prospects and their quality of life.
As a Recovery Practitioner you will need to be able to work in Blackpool with a committed team, providing care and services to a vulnerable client group with complex and challenging health needs delivering the best possible outcomes for those in our care.
You will be responsible for day to day delivery and provision of one to one psychosocial interventions and case management for clients within the Horizon treatment model for drug and alcohol recovery.
You will work closely with other services to ensure our clients are able to achieve their recovery goals, positive outcomes and community re-integration, maximising engagement and retention.
You will be based at HORIZON, Winstone House, 199 Church Street and will be working across Blackpool in venues frequented by our clients.
Your hours of work would be 37.5 hours per week which will be predominantly Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm however some evening work may be required occasionally.
