The Product Analyst is an essential role to the delivery of change and readiness within TalkTalk Wholesale Services. The role is to effectively impact assess, prepare, and ensure all operational teams are ready to consume change. The Product Analyst works closely with Group Transformation, Product Management, Product Ownership, and Readiness Managers to deliver our readiness framework driving quality and communication. The Product Analyst will report to the Head of Strategic Delivery and Readiness whilst taking lead from the Product Readiness Managers who shape the demand and capacity for the team. The Product Readiness Analyst will support the Readiness Managers on all aspects of the readiness framework



The Product Analyst is part of Product Delivery within the Product Solutions Team. The Product Delivery team are a focused team of Product Readiness Managers and Product Analysts supporting the Business Operation to consume change. This role works closely with all areas of the Product Solutions Team, Group Change, Operations, and wider business units to ensure the customers best interests are championed by gathering and analysing data on the viability, efficiency and suitability of new process, systems, and products. The Product Analyst will work under various Readiness Managers who will lead daily activities and manage capacity within the team.


The Product Analyst is responsible for:

• The successful completion of the Sales and Business Operational Impact Assessment.

• Highlighting the estimated level of impact to the relevant stakeholders and project sponsors in a timely manner.

• Identifying the critical steps that will enable product readiness ahead of trial and launch activity.

• Completion of Training Needs Analysis activity.

• Tracking of the training design and rollout.

• Facilitate engagement through effective communication strategies.

• Delivery of business readiness work packages. (Governance / RAID)

• Effective management of risks, issues, requests, and questions relating to the product / change.

• Detail the probability and proximity of risks and work with the operation to mitigate.

• Support the adoption and rollout through the various stages of deployment.

• Awareness of product KPI’s and how they link into benefits realisation of the product rollout.

• Identify / capture change requests that need to be identified back into the Product Owner backlog.

• Ensure delivery of the scope into Business Operations

• Good communication and influencing skills to be able to deliver feedback to stakeholders

• Problem solving skills – including the analysing of information and evaluation complex data?
• Monitor and capture details of customer problems and seek to understand and drive resolution.
