As Product Data Management System Administrator, you’ll flourish in a diverse team of experts in areas such as electronics, mechanical and RF engineering – all working together to push new technology into cutting-edge products that help to protect national security.
We’ll look to you to maintain, develop and configure our PTC Windchill Database while providing vital support and training to the diverse user base. It means taking a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for continuous improvements within the system that delivers more efficient and effective engineering processes.
The scale of our products varies from small items with only a handful of components that are delivered within days, to large systems with many modules and thousands of components that are developed over many months. So you’ll never stop learning. Your development will be heavily invested in throughout your career with us, with a combination of technical training, mentoring and on the job training all of which will be tailored to you, so you’ll have everything you need to succeed.
You’ll bring proven experience as a PDM system administrator (or similar) and a detailed understanding of database environments. With the ability to develop workflows and configurations based upon business requirements, you’ll be an experienced user of Altium or PTC Creo and have specific experience of managing a PTC Windchill system. Plus, you’ll enjoy working with others as you’ll liaise with a diverse mix of curious minds at all levels.
