This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Business Simplification Practice as a Process Intelligence Analyst, working in the Centre of Excellence for Allianz UK.  In this role you will be responsible for shaping the future of our work and being part of a team that simplifies and automates processes throughout Allianz UK. Our technology and capability are evolving quickly and we are looking for someone to work alongside a variety of stakeholders, identifying and simplifying hurdles to streamline processes that are suitable for simplification. You will take various departments on their process mining journey, helping to extract and map data into Celonis, create meaningful dashboards, and share the insights with the business and your wider team.

We are looking for a great communicator and negotiator who can engage with people at all levels, as well as having technical know-how on the cleansing of data & creation of dashboards on our tool, Celonis. The ideal candidate will have a logical mind to be able to think through process mining initiatives and design the applicable dashboards. You’ll need to be enthusiastic about the world of process mining and the value it can unlock in our business. This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract to start ASAP.

About the Role

 

This is a diverse role that involves both Data Analysis and Project Management, whilst leading and providing direction to our key stakeholders.

Data Analysis/Project Management: 

  • Using data from various systems, mapping the data, and creating dashboards on our tool, Celonis.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the business to identify potential areas for process mining, ensuring the customer is at the heart of what we do.
  • Identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, producing cost/benefit analysis and prioritising initiatives.
  • Assisting in building and maintaining the data models and dashboards needed to carry out analysis.
  • Presenting and recommending potential solutions in line with business objectives, needs and requirements.
  • Reporting on progression to senior leaders.

Leadership: 

  • Ensuring all potential solutions are following Best Practice and Change Framework.
  • Developing and applying Celonis Best Practice tools, techniques, and standards.
  • Owning Celonis and any other relevant tools for Process Intelligence.
  • Facilitating monthly stakeholder meetings to discuss opportunities and changes.
  • Supporting the development of solutions by working closely with the wider business simplification team.

 

About You

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic person with knowledge of Process Mining and:

  • Proven experience in data and PQL.
  • Experience of producing dashboards that identify process simplification and automation opportunities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven excellence at workshop facilitation.
  • Confident in working with stakeholders at various levels with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
  • Ability to lead others and champion best practice.
  • Knowledge of task mining initiatives, understanding the benefits and differences compared to process mining.
  • An understanding of the Process Mining lifecycle and experience of using Process Mining tools (Celonis)
  • Undertsanding of Change Practices such as Agile, Kanban (would be beneficial)
  • Experience of undertaking Cost Benefit Analysis (would be beneficial)

 

What We Will Offer You 

You’ll combine working from home with working from the Guildford or Birmingham office, there will be occasions when you’ll need to travel to other UK office locations.
