We have partnered with Lancashire Care Foundation Trust to contribute to the quality of the patient’s journey bringing Mental Health and Substance Misuse expertise together.
About the role
Temporary until 31st March 2021
The role will work with individuals who are currently accessing Community Health services.
You will be required to encourage and empower those accessing the CMHT to personalise and take control of their journey and to give them hope of by providing insight and support.
As an integral and highly valued member of the multi-disciplinary team, you will provide formalised peer support, practical assistance to service users in order for them to regain control over their lives and their own unique recovery journey
The positions are based in Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre covering all locations and will be a mixture of home working and in the community.
