Based at Culham, Oxfordshire Salary up to £27,172 (plus a £2,000 South East allowance) per annum plus a generous benefits package Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)

Job Requirements

  1. Fluency in IT Skills, working knowledge of common office systems, procedures, equipment, and facilities e.g., Microsoft Office
  2. Posses or be willing to work toward Business Administration qualifications.
  3. Self-motivated and flexible with ability to work unsupervised, as well as within a team, solve problems and make decisions with excellent organisational & interpersonal skills and ability to organise and prioritise a heavy and varied workload.
  4. Experience of co-ordinating complex meetings and record management systems possessing an eye for detail and accuracy.
  5. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, ability to communicate at all levels.
  6. Able to handle sensitive and confidential information including medical in confidence and personal information with complete discretion.
  7. Ability to work to strict deadlines in a pressurised environment.
  8. Ability to work with complex and multi-dimensional partnerships with proven writing skills. Excellent customer service skills and good standard of self-presentation.
  9. Qualifications and training in procurement, basic management accounting (specialist to SEG) and GDPR requirements (which may include medical in confidence)
