  • Provide an end-to-end solution continuous engagement with clients to ensure a seamless implementation as part of the workstream requirements.
  • Own implementation of products from commencement to handover into BAU.
  • Ensure that project documentation is created and maintained to sufficient standard in line with UK Services and customer teams requirements.
  • Ensure that risks and issues are actively managed and form an escalation as required.
  • Delivery of all professional services engagement on time and to budget.
  • Work in conjunction with the Allocate project team to ensure the correct implementation expectations are set throughout the duration of the project.
  • Aim to receive an excellent client feedback from every client programme / workstream.
