The Role

The aim of the team is to help the client development teams and client facing investment managers / financial planners retain existing and win new clients. The client’s needs are at the heart of all marketing output through our various channels including events, PR, content creation and digital.

Reporting to the campaigns manager to coordinate campaign activity for our business audiences.

To work alongside the campaigns manager to coordinate robust and innovative campaigns to support new and existing business activity. Working with marketing colleagues and external agencies to ensure successful implementation of a campaign/project including content creation and the specific distribution channels: advertising, digital and hard copy collateral, website, social media, liaison with PR team etc.

As well as supporting the campaigns manager in smooth campaign delivery the role holder will also support our regional marketing teams to deliver marketing activity locally.

 

Outcomes of the Role

  • Develop a close working relationship with the campaigns manager and the regional marketing teams.
  • Coordinate specific activity and act as a point of contact for stakeholders.
  • Ensure all marketing material is both regulatory compliant and compliant with the Rathbones brand identity style guide, working closely with central teams to ensure this.
  • Regularly evaluate current programmes and potential new marketing opportunities, to ensure they meet the needs of the business.

 

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

—      At least two years of financial services or professional services experience.

—      Ability to quickly build strong professional relationships.

—      Self-motivating, with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

—      Close attention to detail.

—      Flexible and pragmatic approach.

—      Good planning and organisational skills.

—      Proven oral and written skills.
