The Role

Are you a natural problem-solver, have great communication skills and pride yourself on providing a brilliant customer service? If yes, then look no further – our Housing Operations team are recruiting a Lettings Administrator to provide vital support in the letting and management of our property services, achieving re-let times that are amongst the best in the housing sector.

We own 34,000 quality homes for social and affordable rent across the Midlands, and one of our keys to success is ensuring that these homes are lived in and loved for the maximum time possible. Your role as a Lettings Administrator will support a high performing team of Lettings Managers and Residential Lettings Officers by:

  • Responding to customer queries via email
  • Maintaining tenant files
  • Taking calls or emails and logging Rightmove leads
  • Raising purchase orders, processing invoices and liaising with tenants to resolve queries over the phone and email.

We’re a Smart Working organisation which means you can enjoy working from home 3 days a week and 2 days a week working from our Central Birmingham office – we’re flexible on the specific days!

  • You’ll have experience of working to and achieving targets in either an education setting or in the work place
  • You’re confident interacting with a variety of customers, focused on delivering a brilliant customer service at all times
  • You’ll have excellent IT skills, with the ability to use a range of Microsoft packages and learn in-house systems
  • You’re able to manage your own workload effectively, as well as working collaboratively with the wider team.
