The role:

QA currently has an exciting opportunity for 2 Learner Engagement Specialists / Recruitment Consultant Partners to join a brand new team. The primary focus of these roles is to identify and place candidates for our services/programmes to successfully deliver against specific, measurable targets, whilst enabling ‘social mobility’ in the job market.

 

Responsibilities:

• Screen quality candidates using a variety of methods and work with internal/external stakeholders to deliver against targets
• Arrange interviews with internal team members or customers
• Maintain all relevant recruitment management information and report on activity accurately
• Providing information, advice and guidance to learners and prospective learners
• Constantly developing an understanding of our service/programme offering and recruitment techniques
• Actively engaging with referral partners, social value organisations and customers leading to new learners and/or placement opportunities.
• Working with internal stakeholders to support candidate progression into relevant training and employment
• Attend and assist in internal/external recruitment events

 

About you:

• Results Driven, Takes Ownership, Customer Focus, Positive, sociable personality
• Some understanding of the recruitment cycle
• Track record of achieving placement targets desirable
• Experience within a recruitment or customer service role, preferably in an office environment
• Experience of using IT systems e.g. Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is desirable
• Working to tight deadlines where high level of accuracy is required
• Understanding of what ‘exceptional’ customer service is
• IAG Qualification at Level 4 is desirable, but not essential
