As a Cost Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in our Finance department, working alongside a team of four dedicated professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to support cost management processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with established procedures.

Application Process

As part of our interview process, candidates will be required to complete a 30 minute Excel test, showcasing their advanced Excel knowledge. Additionally, you will have a face-to-face interview with our experienced Cost Team Manager, who will discuss your qualifications, experience, and fit for our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring compliance with financial policies and cash collection procedures, making recommendations for improvements when necessary.
  • Prepare court documents for lodging with the court.
  • Assist with fixed costs dispute cases.
  • Assist with enforcement proceedings to recover clients’ damages and costs.
  • Maintaining financial records for accuracy and completeness.
  • Examine financial documents, invoices, and expense reports to identify discrepancies and rectify them promptly.
  • Demonstrate advanced Excel skills.

About You

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a legal or accounting department, is preferred but not essential. Full training will be given.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel functions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset.
