Job Description

The IT Service Manager (ITSM) reports to the Head of User Services and is accountable for the application of tools and techniques to define and validate solutions within the ITSM platform (Service Now) to ensure DVSA’s requirements are aligned to its strategic objectives.

The post holder will work closely with the Process Owners and Functional Leads to prioritise and respond to emerging requirements and support colleagues leading the departments deliverables.

Job Requirements

  1. Significant experience of working with ITSM Tooling.
  2. Experience in identifying user needs.
  3. Proven experience of coordinating and engaging extensively with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
  4. Experienced in solving complex problems by gathering and analysing information.
