Good administrative support with excellent customer service skills are vital to the effective operation of the Investigation & Counter Fraud Team, at the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA).
The role holder is responsible for the day-to-day admin support to investigations across the DVSA Driver environments, providing investigation support to managers and investigators, additionally support revocations of driving Licenses.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing administrative support to investigation teams.
- Creating investigation case files and folders.
- Providing the administration support for driver revocations.

About you
To be successful in this role you will need to have the following experience:
- Ability to extract accurate, concise summaries from complex information that can be understood by a wide audience
- Excellent organisation skills and ability to interrogate data
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft systems
