We began as a soup run supporting people who were homeless in the North East over 45 years ago, and are proud to still have our main base and central office in the North East. Since 1970, our services have grown and developed to support people experiencing a wide range of personal challenges, including addiction and recovery programmes, employment guidance, help for people in prison or on probation, and support for people experiencing sexual exploitation or domestic abuse.

About the job
To work with Changing Lives clients in order to improve their quality of life and to deliver an excellent service for our clients in line with the organisation’s mission, service goals, values and associated regulations, guidance and legislature. This is a role for a housing management worker to work as part of a team responsible for a high quality housing management service.
Auckland House is an assessment centre for Women only, we offer a 6 bed accommodation to women who have a range of needs offering a bespoke support for up to 56 days or the main project for up to 6 months to ensure they have the skills and resilience to move into independence. We ensure the safety and security of all residents living in Changing Lives accommodation.
