We are looking for a skilled administrative supervisor who understands the full range of employee life cycle processes.  With investment in new HR technologies, you should have a passion for data with an attention to detail and strong customer services skills.

Key Responsibilities

·        Lead and support a team of two (HR Advisor and a HR Assistants), fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
·        Provide expert guidance on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including contractual terms, and HR systems/data management.
·        Oversee HR administration tasks, including authorising letters, contract changes, , ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practices.
·        Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, managers, and employees, delivering a proactive and high-quality HR service.
·        Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and the overall employee experience.
·        Generate and collate HR-related reports and manage electronic filing systems effectively.
·        Lead and participate in HR projects, such as new software implementations and new ways of working.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

·        Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
·        Proven experience in leading or supervising a small HR team.
·        Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
·        Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask, prioritise, and adapt to changing demands.
·        Proactive with a knack for anticipating issues and finding solutions.
·        Experience in project management and using HR systems is highly desirable.
·        An experienced HR professional, ideally with CIPD Level 5 or above.
