What you’ll be doing
As a HR Business Partner within the Calico Group HR team in Burnley, you will work closely with the senior leadership and operational management teams across a number of Group companies offering bespoke people solutions to your customers comprising strategic and operational HR activity. The HR Business Partner role at Calico is really exciting due to the diversity of our group services which brings variety, challenge and interest to every day.
As a HR Business Partner you will need to be able to work with a diverse stakeholder group, engaging and inspiring them, working with them to solve every day people issues whilst striving towards their vision and business objectives. The role is fast paced and requires the post holder to have a strong breadth of skills across the full HR remit including TUPE.
Due to the nature of our business, the HR Business Partner needs to be flexible and agile in their approach to work and change.
This post is a maternity cover and will likely cover our Barley View Care Home service and our SafeNet Domestic Abuse Services. However, we operate flexibly within our team and there is an expectation to support and cover across other Group companies as needed. The role will be based at our Burnley Head Office as the ‘hub’, however, this is a regional role so travel to sites across the North West will be a regular expectation.
Your hours of work would be 36.25 hours per week, Monday – Friday, core hours 9am-5pm.
