An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Adviser within SharEd Services which is part of The City of Liverpool College Group.
The HR Adviser will support HR Business Partners to provide a professional HR service to line managers and other staff, in doing so ensuring that the HR function is acknowledged as a key partner in supporting and contributing to the Colleges overall mission and values.
This role will respond to all general queries to recruitment, attendance management, contracts of employment and pay, referring as appropriate to finance and payroll services. In addition to providing appropriate support and guidance to staff and line managers on all HR policies and procedures. The post holder will play a leading role in attendance management ensuring that KPI’s are met and produce management information to support the HR function as required.
