Richmond & Hambleton, North Yorkshire
We are looking for a conscientious, flexible and dedicated individual, who is passionate about enabling some of the most vulnerable in our society to live in quality housing, to join our team as a Housing Management Assistant.
This role will work within our Young People’s Pathway (YPP) and Resettlement and Community Safety Service (RACS) and is crucial in helping us provide quality, safe and comfortable housing for our clients.
The YPP provides a multi-agency service across the County, to young people aged 16-25 years who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, through supported housing in hostel and community accommodation.
RACS is a County wide service that provides housing and support services for high and medium level risk offenders, supervised by The National Probation Service.
To be successful in this role you will need to be willing to carry out all accepts of property management, including cleaning, carrying out health and safety checks, and arranging repairs.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain the skills and experience required to develop their career in the sector.
As the role requires some travel across Richmondshire and Hambleton, you will need access to a car and hold a full current UK driving license.
