We’re searching for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Health & Safety Trainer to join our team. You’ll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality training courses across a range of vital areas, ensuring our clients and learners are equipped with the skills and knowledge to stay safe and compliant.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver dynamic and engaging training sessions on a variety of Health & Safety, Compliance, and Workplace Safety topics (think First Aid, Fire Safety, Manual Handling, IOSH, Site Safety Plus, and more!).
  • Ensure training materials are up-to-date and aligned with the latest regulations and best practices.
  • Assess learners, provide feedback, and issue certifications upon successful completion.
  • Maintain meticulous training records and contribute to quality assurance processes.
  • Use interactive and practical training methods to keep learners engaged and motivated.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with industry developments and legislative changes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create tailored training solutions for specific workplace needs.
  • Work with marketing to promote our training courses and grow our business.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development and be willing to expand your training portfolio.

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience delivering accredited training courses.
  • Relevant Health & Safety qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, CITB).
  • Solid experience in the health and safety training sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK regulations and best practices (HSE).
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to connect with learners from all backgrounds and levels.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development.
  • The ability to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance.
  • Proficiency with digital training platforms.
  • Willingness to travel to various training locations.

 

The successful candidate must be willing to upskill to widen their portfolio if needed and commit to ongoing professional development to satisfy the training needs of future clients and the ever changing world of Health and Safety.
