what you’ll be doing

As Head of Operations within Calico Homes’ Leadership team in Burnley, you will have responsibility, alongside your team of service managers for the successful delivery of all property, neighbourhood and customer services.

Your role will be critical in driving the highest levels of customer service standards and performance, improving experience and satisfaction and ensuring investment in our Homes and communities meets the future needs of customers and the business.

You will ensure that the customer’s voice and influence is integral to Calico Homes future direction and success and that your diverse teams of managers and staff feel supported and inspired to deliver high quality and responsive services.
