We have an exciting new role for Head of Enterprise Transformation Management Office (eTMO), reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, a member of the CTO’s leadership team, where you will provide invaluable counsel and insightful challenge. This is an excellent opportunity to shape the ETMO function.
The purpose of this role is to lead the creation and implementation of a “best in class” Enterprise Transformation Management Office, this pivotal role involves establishing standardised tools, methodologies, procedures and processes for companywide adoption.
You will lead the comprehensive change process end to end, oversee governance, prioritisation, reporting, team management, tracking, communications and quality controls to ensure strategic alignment with Allianz’s overall strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Establishing, leading and overseeing the eTMO by developing and implementing the framework, processes and governance structure
- Overseeing and directing change initiatives, including identifying potential risks, opportunities and interdependencies
- Establishing communication plans and training programs to support organisational transitions
- Providing oversight and guidance on transformation projects, monitoring progress, budgets and benefit tracking mechanisms to drive efficiency and effectiveness ensuring strong CBA governance is in place
- Engaging with, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-Suite and Group
- Ensuring alignment with Allianz Group Change strategy and reporting standards
- Establishing performance metrics, KPIs and reporting mechanisms to track the impact of transformational initiatives, analysing data to drive continuous improvement
- Delivering reports to the regulated Change & Investment Committee, ensuring transparency and compliance
- Recruiting, developing and managing a high performing team within eTMO, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and excellence
Skills and Experience
- Extensive proven experience of delivering large-scale projects and leading project management teams in a complex environment
- Proven track record in establishing, leading and running a successful PMO or ePMO function
- Extensive leadership experience in setting strategy, leading teams and influencing key stakeholders including C-Suite and Group
- Comprehensive knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and best practice
- Proficiency in producing high quality written communication, presentation materials and management information, with proven capability in data analytics and business intelligence
- Expertise in resource planning, control and budget management of large scale projects
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and influencing abilities
- Strategic thinker capable of translating vision and aligning technical solutions into actionable plans
- Experience of introducing the latest thinking, technologies and methodologies into mature businesses to drive transformation initiatives and operations
- Regulatory and compliance knowledge
Qualifications
- Educated to Degree level – 2:1 or higher at University or qualified by experience
- Project management certification
