Delphi Medical are specialists in drug and alcohol addiction, inspiring people to progress safely and successfully from dependence to freedom. We currently operate a community service in Blackpool (Horizon), an inpatient detox facility in Lancaster (The Pavilion), and provide substance misuse services in HMP’s (HMP Manchester, HMP Buckley Hall, HMP Garth, and HMP Wymott).
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join Delphi’s Senior Leadership Team as we look to recruit a new Head of Clinical Services.
Responsible for leadership of Delphi’s clinical substance misuse services, the post holder will effectively lead the services for which they have responsibility.
As part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), the post holder will contribute to the smooth running of the business; ensuring services are safe, well-led, effective, caring, and responsive. The post holder will assist in business development and growth plans, and will work within corporate values. The post holder will hold CQC responsibilities amongst other governance and quality duties in partnership with other SLT members.
The post holder will support and enable staff to innovate, and to improve services to meet the needs and preferences of patients, whilst ensuring provision of seamless care pathways and prioritising patient safety at all times.
We are ideally looking for an experienced clinical manager with an NMP qualification; however candidates with a willingness to complete the NMP qualification are also welcomed.
Hours and location of work are flexible and will be discussed at interview. We are looking to fill this post on a full-time basis however will consider alternative proposals.
The salary agreed will be dependent upon qualification and experience; however the expected salary will be in the range of £50,000 to £60,000.
