Are you ready to take on an exciting role that supports our amazing Group Sales team? As the Group Sales Coordinator at Travelodge in our Support Office in Thame, you’ll be the backbone of our sales operations. You’ll help us stay on top of our game by keeping an eye on the team’s workload, ensuring accuracy, and boosting our performance.

What’s it all about?

Your day will revolve around managing our central inbox, ensuring inquiries are promptly distributed across the team. You’ll be our go-to person for running reports and crunching numbers to help us hit our goals. Keeping our Google Sheets up-to-date with accurate data will be crucial, and you’ll also dive into booking audits to catch any errors. When customers have concerns, you’ll jump in to support the team in investigating and resolving issues.
