The charity works to empower women in regions across Africa and other developing regions through education, employability skills and microloans. Who are we looking for?
Ideal candidates will have previous experience of working within a fundraising context ideally with exposure to achieving six and seven figure sums through Corporate Fundraising/Major Donor’s or from Foundations. You will be a highly personable individual with the confidence to engage with a range of stakeholders both internal and external to the organisation. Your communication skills will be of a high standard and you will possess experience of conducting prospect research and also writing and contributing to bids and securing gifts. This will be a fast paced and busy role, and therefore we are seeking candidates who are well organised, able to manage conflicting deadlines and collegiate in their work style.
